DownloadYou are responsible for applying for your marriage license at the county you wish to be married in, providing your officiant with your license so that it can be filled out and you are responsible for returning it to the county by the deadline.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a 3-day waiting period in Pennsylvania which begins following the in-person portion of the application process. Licenses are valid for 60 days from the date of issuance.
