Wedding Packages

•  Non-refundable down payment of $50.00 MUST be paid to reserve the date and time of ceremony
• Balance Is Due 1 Week (7 Days) before ceremony
• One (1) Special Element can be added to any package if not included.  Additional Elements an added $25.00 
  • Examples: Unity Candle, Sand Blending, Handfasting, etc. Couple must supply element items.
• Ceremonies or Rehearsals over time allotted are charged $25.00 per 15 minutes. 
• All Fees Must be paid 7 days before the ceremony except for special exceptions.
• All packages include unlimited Phone, Text and Email contact.
• Pastor Jeff does NOT normally attend Rehearsal Dinners and Receptions
• Blessings at Reception are NOT proformed by Pastor Jeff.
• Travel:
  • Distances that are farther than 50 miles (google maps), or 1 hour  from my office in St. Thomas, PA are charged 

$2.00 per mile one way to venue (rehearsal and/or ceremony) over 50 miles or 1 hour. 

• (Example: 80 miles-50 miles = 30 miles x $2.00 = $60.00 additional charge) 
• Hotel accommodations are required after rehearsal if the ceremony is more than 100 miles away or if the ceremony is after 6pm.

Weddings/Elopements/Vow Renewals/LGBTQ+ Friendly 

You are responsible for applying for your marriage license at the county you wish to be married in, providing your officiant with your license so that it can be filled out and you are responsible for returning it to the county by the deadline.

 PLEASE NOTE: There is a 3-day waiting period in Pennsylvania which begins following the in-person portion of the application process. Licenses are valid for 60 days from the date of issuance.
